Buildgrowandexit.com has recently launched its new branding guidelines and is ready to incorporate them into a complete redesign of the website. At Prospactive, we will take these fresh guidelines and bring them to life through a fully revamped website design. While the new design will primarily follow the existing layout and available elements, the focus will be on enhancing the aesthetics of the landing page and optimizing the site to boost conversions. Our primary goal for the landing page will be to guide visitors toward two key actions: 1. Funnel them to the Calendly page to book a call. 2. Encourage them to watch a VSL (Video Sales Letter) for more detailed information before proceeding. Additionally, we aim to make navigating the page a more engaging and immersive experience by incorporating subtle effects and scroll interactions. These enhancements will elevate the overall user experience while aligning with the updated branding and conversion objectives.

Validity of this proposal
This proposal is valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, we reserve the right to adjust the terms and rates. We encourage you to respond within this timeframe and share any questions or comments you may have. We look forward to your positive response and future collaboration.

The project will be considered complete once the website is fully designed, developed, and delivered in line with the agreed scope, with all core elements functioning as intended and ready for live use.
At completion:
All defined pages are designed, built, and fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile
A consistent and scalable design system is applied across the entire website
Key user flows (navigation, newsletter sign-up, outbound links) are fully functional and optimized for clarity
CMS collections are set up and enable easy internal content management
The website is delivered within the client’s Framer environment, allowing for independent updates
Performance standards are met, including fast loading speeds and stable behavior across devices
All agreed feedback rounds are completed and implemented
The final deliverable is a high-quality, performance-ready asset, built to support long-term use, flexibility, and future development.
Payment
Payment terms
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total project fee (“Total Investment”) is due upon signing this Agreement, and work will commence only once this deposit has been received. The remaining 50% of the Total Investment is due upon delivery of the completed project deliverables; an invoice for the balance will be issued immediately upon delivery and payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Clients may pay via Stripe or by bank transfer; any Stripe or other payment-processing fees, as well as any wire or bank charges (domestic or international), will be added to the invoice and are the client’s responsibility. Any amount not paid by the due date will accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law, if lower), calculated daily from the due date until paid in full.
