Overview
Project description
We will redesign and rebuild the Kilian Markert / Consistent Performance website ecosystem in Framer, with the goal of creating a more structured, trustworthy, conversion-focused, and future-proof digital presence. The current setup already has strong sales systems, proven offers, and clear demand in place. The next step is to elevate the full frontend experience so it better reflects Kilian’s authority in the agency growth space, supports the Done-With-You nature of the program, and improves conversion quality across both organic and paid traffic. The project will focus on two connected ecosystems. First, we will redesign the main website experience. The homepage will become the branded front door for returning visitors, direct traffic, referrals, people who search for Kilian, conference contacts, and prospects who want to understand the offer before applying. The goal is to quickly communicate what Kilian and Consistent Performance do, who the program is for, why it is different from generic coaching or DIY courses, and why agency owners should trust the brand. The design will keep the clean and focused feel of the current positioning, but improve structure, visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, trust-building, and conversion flow. The homepage will be supported by a clearer Resources section. Instead of functioning as a simple landing page, the Resources page will be turned into a proper lead magnet library. Visitors should immediately feel that there is a large amount of high-value material available. We will structure this page so lead magnets can be presented through strong mockups, clear categories, and an easy-to-browse layout. This will make it simple for the team to keep adding new resources over time without needing to redesign the page each time. Each resource will link to its own dedicated lead magnet page, such as A-Player Hiring, Irresistible Agency, Player Hiring, or future resources. These pages will be built around a clear resource title, strong explanation of the outcome, YouTube video embed, and a download call-to-action. The goal is to support multiple acquisition channels: organic LinkedIn, Instagram giveaways, YouTube traffic, outbound campaigns, and future paid ads. Even when visitors do not immediately download the resource, the page should still help drive YouTube engagement, build trust, and warm them up for future conversion. When visitors do download, the page will be structured to support the existing CRM, email nurturing, and setter follow-up process. Second, we will redesign the paid acquisition landing page ecosystem. The current ads page will be rebuilt in two variations and launched with an A/B test. The first version will stay close to the current winning structure and minimal look, while improving typography, spacing, mobile experience, loading speed, and overall polish. This version is designed to protect existing performance and give us the best chance of maintaining current conversion rates during the migration. The second version will also keep the minimal and direct style, but will be restructured more strategically. It will include additional content where needed to better educate visitors, clarify the Done-With-You offer, build trust before the application step, and improve lead quality while maintaining or improving the conversion rate. After launch, both paid landing page versions can be tested against each other so decisions are based on data instead of assumptions. The focus will be on protecting the current cost per lead and cost per booked call while creating opportunities to increase application quality, improve the visitor-to-application flow, and reduce unnecessary friction before the setter team gets involved. We will also rework the event page so it better reflects the premium nature of the Consistent Performance mastermind events. The page will be updated with improved structure, stronger visuals, refined messaging, and space for the new video content. The goal is to make the event page feel more current, exclusive, and aligned with the level of founders attending, while making the application path clear and easy to follow. All pages will be built in Framer to create a faster, more flexible, and more future-proof setup than the current funnel tools. This gives the team a modern frontend system that is easier to maintain, easier to expand, and better suited for building a real brand around Kilian’s offer. The structure will be designed so future resources, pages, and campaign-specific landers can be added efficiently without having to rebuild the entire website. The final result will be a premium Framer website and funnel ecosystem that balances brand authority with direct-response performance. It will give Kilian a stronger homepage for trust and inbound traffic, a scalable resource library for lead generation, dedicated lead magnet pages for organic and paid campaigns, improved event positioning, and a paid ads landing page setup that can be tested and optimized after launch. This is not just a visual redesign. The goal is to create a stronger acquisition foundation that supports the sales team, improves perception of the DWY program, increases trust before prospects apply, and gives Consistent Performance a frontend that can keep scaling with the business.

Post-Launch Performance Review
Once the website is live, we conduct a structured performance review after 30 days to evaluate how the site performs based on real user behavior and gathered data.
This review focuses on analyzing user behavior, validating technical stability, and identifying opportunities to further improve clarity, trust, and conversion. The goal is to ensure the website not only launches successfully, but continues to perform and evolve based on real data.
What this includes:
Data & user behavior analysis
Continuous monitoring of user behavior and performance data to identify opportunities and guide optimization decisions.
Conversion & UX evaluation
Assessment of how effectively the website guides users toward key actions such as newsletter sign-ups and lead magnets.
Technical & performance check
Validation of site speed, responsiveness, and overall technical stability after launch.
Actionable recommendations
Clear, prioritized suggestions for improvements based on real performance data.
Approach
Project Timeline
Strategy
Strategic Foundation
We'll kick off by taking a close look at your main objectives and then build out a strategic roadmap designed specifically to boost user engagement, drive more conversions, and ensure the site aligns seamlessly with your business goals. This initial strategy phase guarantees that every choice we make during design and development directly supports your growth and success.
Wireframing
Structure & Flow
In this phase, we’ll outline the structure of the website pages, focusing on user experience and design flow. Wireframing serves as the blueprint for the site, ensuring all elements are placed strategically for optimal conversion.
Design
Visual Direction
The design phase will take the wireframes and transform them into visually engaging layouts. We’ll work closely with you to refine colors, typography, and imagery that align with your branding while ensuring an attractive and functional user interface.
Development
Build & Optimization
During the development phase, we will turn the finalized designs into a fully functioning website. Our development team will focus on creating a smooth, responsive, and fast user experience, integrating all the necessary features for a seamless interaction.
Build & Optimization
Integrations
Tools & Tracking
In this phase, we will integrate any necessary third-party tools, such as email marketing systems, CRM, or analytics platforms, to ensure the landing page works seamlessly within your existing ecosystem. This integration will help track performance and optimize conversions.
Testing
Quality Assurance
Testing will ensure that the website performs as expected across all devices and browsers. We will conduct rigorous testing to identify any bugs, usability issues, or areas for improvement, refining the page before the final launch.
Deployment
Launch & Perform
The final phase involves deploying the website and making it live. We'll ensure everything is properly configured, integrations work seamlessly, and performance is optimized for your new website.
