Web Design & Performance Proposal

Web Design & Performance Proposal

Overview

Project description

This project focuses on the design and development of a central “home base” website for marktilbury.com, built in Framer, with the primary objective of strengthening trust, improving brand cohesion, and supporting the wider Mark Tilbury ecosystem. The website will serve as a credibility layer rather than a direct conversion funnel. Its role is to provide new and existing visitors with a clear, structured overview of Mark Tilbury’s story, achievements, and ventures, while seamlessly guiding them toward key destinations such as the newsletter, lead magnets, and associated businesses (Wealth Portal and Viral Toolkit). The overall experience will be designed to support due diligence, reinforce authority, and position the brand as transparent, valuable, and “giving rather than taking.” A key part of this project is establishing a consistent and scalable design direction for the Mark Tilbury brand. Currently, there is a lack of unified brand guidelines across the ecosystem, with different ventures operating under separate identities. The new website will introduce a cohesive visual and structural system that aligns with the existing black and yellow aesthetic, while elevating it through modern typography, refined spacing, improved hierarchy, and subtle UI enhancements. This ensures the brand feels more premium, trustworthy, and approachable to its core audience. The design approach builds directly on the initial newsletter page concept that was developed as a starting point. That direction focused on maintaining current conversion performance while introducing visual and structural improvements. Elements such as clearer hierarchy, supportive information blocks, and guided attention toward key actions will be expanded across the full site. The goal is to balance performance with brand—ensuring the website strengthens perception without negatively impacting existing funnels. The scope includes both static and dynamic pages. Static pages such as the homepage, newsletter page, Mark’s journey, side hustle quiz, 404 page, and privacy policy will define the core narrative and user experience. Dynamic pages, including free resources, resource detail pages, press mentions, job postings, and job detail pages, will allow for scalable content management and future growth. Together, these pages create a structured ecosystem that supports both storytelling and ongoing content expansion. From a strategic perspective, the website will be designed to clearly separate and connect the different parts of the business. Rather than blending all offerings into a single experience, the site will act as a central hub that introduces each venture and directs users to the appropriate environment. This ensures clarity for the user while maintaining the integrity of each brand. The build will be completed in Framer to allow for fast performance, clean development, and easy internal management. The final setup will enable the team to quickly update content, links, and assets without relying on external support, while still maintaining a high standard of design and consistency. Throughout the project, the focus will remain on creating a structured, high-quality foundation that can evolve over time. The end result will be a website that not only reflects the scale and credibility of the Mark Tilbury brand but also supports future marketing, content, and funnel initiatives in a clear and scalable way, aligned with the principles outlined in the Prospactive framework.

Post-Launch Performance Review

Once the website is live, we conduct a structured performance review after 30 days to evaluate how the site performs based on real user behavior and gathered data.

This review focuses on analyzing user behavior, validating technical stability, and identifying opportunities to further improve clarity, trust, and conversion. The goal is to ensure the website not only launches successfully, but continues to perform and evolve based on real data.

What this includes:

Data & user behavior analysis

Continuous monitoring of user behavior and performance data to identify opportunities and guide optimization decisions.

Conversion & UX evaluation

Assessment of how effectively the website guides users toward key actions such as newsletter sign-ups and lead magnets.

Technical & performance check

Validation of site speed, responsiveness, and overall technical stability after launch.

Actionable recommendations

Clear, prioritized suggestions for improvements based on real performance data.

Approach

Project Timeline

Strategy

Strategic Foundation

We'll kick off by taking a close look at your main objectives and then build out a strategic roadmap designed specifically to boost user engagement, drive more conversions, and ensure the site aligns seamlessly with your business goals. This initial strategy phase guarantees that every choice we make during design and development directly supports your growth and success.

Wireframing

Structure & Flow

In this phase, we’ll outline the structure of the website pages, focusing on user experience and design flow. Wireframing serves as the blueprint for the site, ensuring all elements are placed strategically for optimal conversion.

Design

Visual Direction

The design phase will take the wireframes and transform them into visually engaging layouts. We’ll work closely with you to refine colors, typography, and imagery that align with your branding while ensuring an attractive and functional user interface.

Development

Build & Optimization

During the development phase, we will turn the finalized designs into a fully functioning website. Our development team will focus on creating a smooth, responsive, and fast user experience, integrating all the necessary features for a seamless interaction.

Build & Optimization

Integrations

Tools & Tracking

In this phase, we will integrate any necessary third-party tools, such as email marketing systems, CRM, or analytics platforms, to ensure the landing page works seamlessly within your existing ecosystem. This integration will help track performance and optimize conversions.

Testing

Quality Assurance

Testing will ensure that the website performs as expected across all devices and browsers. We will conduct rigorous testing to identify any bugs, usability issues, or areas for improvement, refining the page before the final launch.

Deployment

Launch & Perform

The final phase involves deploying the website and making it live. We'll ensure everything is properly configured, integrations work seamlessly, and performance is optimized for your new website.

Pricing

Investment

Based on the outlined scope of work, including strategy, design, development, and related deliverables, we propose the following investment. This reflects both the strategic foundation and the level of execution required to deliver a high-quality, performance-ready outcome.
