Project description
Noverafi is developing a modern one-page website that reflects its vision of bringing new life to corporate finance. The company is building an in-house banking solution for enterprises — empowering treasury departments to create shared cash pools, gain deeper insights into liquidity, and optimize cash management. The website will serve as a professional online presence to establish credibility with partners, investors, and stakeholders. It will not include a login or platform functionality but will feature sections such as Who We Are, What We Do, and Articles, allowing Noverafi to occasionally publish updates. To ensure a high-quality result and efficient delivery, we aim to use a Framer template designed by a senior UX designer as the foundation for the website. The project is planned to be completed within four weeks or less on our end. Communication and progress updates will take place through a dedicated Slack channel or WhatsApp group, depending on Noverafi’s preference. Additionally, we will include 1 hour of monthly work credit to continuously optimize the website, schedule, and publish blog posts, providing Noverafi with a 100% hands-off solution for ongoing updates and maintenance.

We have identified the key pages to be redesigned and integrated into the new noverafi.com website. The pages listed below define the scope of this project. Our objective is to create a one-page website that is minimal, effective, and user-friendly. The homepage will include sections covering Solutions, Innovation, News, About Us, How It Works, Contact, FAQ, and other relevant areas needed to efficiently communicate Noverafi’s value to visitors. A total of 10–12 sections on the homepage will be sufficient and falls within the project scope.

Post-Launch Performance Review
Once the website is live, we conduct a structured performance review after 30 days to evaluate how the site performs based on real user behavior and gathered data.
This review focuses on analyzing user behavior, validating technical stability, and identifying opportunities to further improve clarity, trust, and conversion. The goal is to ensure the website not only launches successfully, but continues to perform and evolve based on real data.

Validity
Validity of this proposal
This proposal is valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, we reserve the right to adjust the terms and rates. We encourage you to respond within this timeframe and share any questions or comments you may have. We look forward to your positive response and future collaboration.
Delivery
Definition of done
The project will be considered complete once the website is fully designed, developed, and delivered in line with the agreed scope, with all core elements functioning as intended and ready for live use.
At completion:
All defined pages are designed, built, and fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile
A consistent and scalable design system is applied across the entire website
Key user flows (navigation, newsletter sign-up, outbound links) are fully functional and optimized for clarity
CMS collections are set up and enable easy internal content management
The website is delivered within the client’s Framer environment, allowing for independent updates
Performance standards are met, including fast loading speeds and stable behavior across devices
All agreed feedback rounds are completed and implemented
The final deliverable is a high-quality, performance-ready asset, built to support long-term use, flexibility, and future development.
Payment
Payment terms
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total project fee (“Total Investment”) is due upon signing this Agreement, and work will commence only once this deposit has been received. The remaining 50% of the Total Investment is due upon delivery of the completed project deliverables; an invoice for the balance will be issued immediately upon delivery and payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Clients may pay via Stripe or by bank transfer; any Stripe or other payment-processing fees, as well as any wire or bank charges (domestic or international), will be added to the invoice and are the client’s responsibility. Any amount not paid by the due date will accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law, if lower), calculated daily from the due date until paid in full.
