We're excited to partner with The Business Catalyst on the redesign and rebuild of their website, transitioning away from their current hosting and development solution to a faster, more streamlined platform. The primary goals are clear: simplify maintenance, significantly improve loading speed, and create an intuitive user experience tailored specifically to The Business Catalyst's two primary customer avatars—business owners and audience owners. The Business Catalyst's new website will be developed using Framer, empowering The Business Catalyst team with full autonomy to update and maintain content independently, without relying on external developers or complicated plugins. Every page will be fast-loading, responsive, and search engine optimized right from launch. Visually, the site will feature a clean, professional, and user-friendly design. Incorporating The Business Catalyst’s newly developed isometric graphics, the aesthetics will be engaging yet focused on guiding visitors efficiently through the customer journey. Clear typography, generous whitespace, and subtle animations will enhance the experience without causing distractions. The homepage will be strategically crafted to address the specific needs and interests of both business owners and audience owners, clearly communicating The Business Catalyst's core value proposition. Visitors will immediately understand how The Business Catalyst can streamline their operations and simplify their workload. The streamlined sitemap will include: Homepage: Clearly presents The Business Catalyst's key offerings, tailored pathways for different user types, and easy navigation. Services: Details core functionalities, focusing on essential features without unnecessary clutter. Validity
Validity of this proposal
This proposal is valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, we reserve the right to adjust the terms and rates. We encourage you to respond within this timeframe and share any questions or comments you may have. We look forward to your positive response and future collaboration.
Delivery
Definition of done
The project will be considered complete once the website is fully designed, developed, and delivered in line with the agreed scope, with all core elements functioning as intended and ready for live use.
At completion:
All defined pages are designed, built, and fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile
A consistent and scalable design system is applied across the entire website
Key user flows (navigation, newsletter sign-up, outbound links) are fully functional and optimized for clarity
CMS collections are set up and enable easy internal content management
The website is delivered within the client’s Framer environment, allowing for independent updates
Performance standards are met, including fast loading speeds and stable behavior across devices
All agreed feedback rounds are completed and implemented
The final deliverable is a high-quality, performance-ready asset, built to support long-term use, flexibility, and future development.
Payment
Payment terms
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total project fee (“Total Investment”) is due upon signing this Agreement, and work will commence only once this deposit has been received. The remaining 50% of the Total Investment is due upon delivery of the completed project deliverables; an invoice for the balance will be issued immediately upon delivery and payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Clients may pay via Stripe or by bank transfer; any Stripe or other payment-processing fees, as well as any wire or bank charges (domestic or international), will be added to the invoice and are the client’s responsibility. Any amount not paid by the due date will accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law, if lower), calculated daily from the due date until paid in full.
