Project description
We will design and develop a visually appealing and strategically optimized website for TraditionalWife.com, tailored specifically to resonate with the Muslim community. The primary goals of the platform are twofold: encouraging Muslim men to book a free 30-minute consultation and inviting women (sisters) to create a free account. It’s important to emphasize that this is not a matchmaking app, but a credible, established service with a premium look and feel that reflects the values and aesthetics of a UAE-based company. The design must instill trust and legitimacy, particularly for first-time visitors, and be crafted to maximize conversion rates. The website will feature a clean, elegant, and coherent layout that balances visual appeal with usability. Every design element will support clarity, ease of navigation, and user comprehension—never overwhelming or distracting from the core user journey. We aim to deliver a fully functional live website within four weeks from project initiation. A potential delay of 1–2 weeks may occur depending on the speed and efficiency of the feedback rounds. To ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project, a dedicated WhatsApp group will be set up, including Dan, his team, our project manager, and Jessy, who will oversee the strategy and art direction.

Validity of this proposal
This proposal is valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, we reserve the right to adjust the terms and rates. We encourage you to respond within this timeframe and share any questions or comments you may have. We look forward to your positive response and future collaboration.

The project will be considered complete once the website is fully designed, developed, and delivered in line with the agreed scope, with all core elements functioning as intended and ready for live use.
At completion:
All defined pages are designed, built, and fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile
A consistent and scalable design system is applied across the entire website
Key user flows (navigation, newsletter sign-up, outbound links) are fully functional and optimized for clarity
CMS collections are set up and enable easy internal content management
The website is delivered within the client’s Framer environment, allowing for independent updates
Performance standards are met, including fast loading speeds and stable behavior across devices
All agreed feedback rounds are completed and implemented
The final deliverable is a high-quality, performance-ready asset, built to support long-term use, flexibility, and future development.
Payment
Payment terms
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total project fee (“Total Investment”) is due upon signing this Agreement, and work will commence only once this deposit has been received. The remaining 50% of the Total Investment is due upon delivery of the completed project deliverables; an invoice for the balance will be issued immediately upon delivery and payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Clients may pay via Stripe or by bank transfer; any Stripe or other payment-processing fees, as well as any wire or bank charges (domestic or international), will be added to the invoice and are the client’s responsibility. Any amount not paid by the due date will accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law, if lower), calculated daily from the due date until paid in full.
